“Final family holiday”
We came from Scotland for a trip of a lifetime to NY. The Exclelsior didn’t disappoint. We even lost our boarding passes and the receptionist was able to call the airline and print us a new one. 10/10

“Very good hotel in NYC”
We stayed there for 2 nights and everything was very good. It was our second visit and as good as the first one. Close to Central Park, subway and Natural History Museum. Very comfortable beds, modern TVs, hair dryer and a courtesy coffee.

I stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised. This is a terrific part of Manhattan....less crowded and much more manageable than busy, overcrowded, pushy Midtown.
