“Great stay”

Good shuttle service from the airport, the hotel is very clean and right across the street from a 24hr Denny’s! Both ladies at the desk were very helpful and accommodating, especially since I was confused about the shuttle at first but they helped me through it all.

I wanted to spend the night in a quiet place close to the airport and conveniently catch a flight in the morning. Having a reliable airport shuttle was also important to me. I met all these along with a friendly front desk staff. The shuttle was on time bothways. The basic room had all amenities. The breakfast was very basic, but it was included in the price. The room was vety quiet, clean and everything worked. There were some food joints close by, but I was too bushed to walk around, so skipped dinner. If I come to DFW again, I will give them my business again.

We had our flights cancelled in DFW and at 3am were calling around trying to find a hotel for the night (as the airline would not assist us). Many of the hotels don't answer their phones so late at night, so we were thrilled when Quality Inn DFW-airport North answered the phone and told us they had one room left. We arrived just after 3:30am, decided to just take an uber to get there quickly. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we were up in our room sleeping within minutes! The room was clean and comfy - which ticks the box for us. We booked the shuttle back to the airport the following morning thanks to the friendly reception staff. After a quick complimentary breakfast our shuttle arrived perfectly on time and dropped us at our gate. We were very grateful to find this hotel last minute and the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Big thankyou to the lovely staff who were helping many other stranded travellers that night. Would recommend!
