“Excellent Customer Service”
Customer service is EXCELLENT at this location from Guest Services to Housekeeping! The rooms are beautiful; clean; and breakfast was great! Kisha was amazing, helpful, professional, and very courteous! Ten out of Ten…I will recommend!

I had a really good stay at this hotel. One of the first things I noticed was how fresh and pleasant it smelled—a small detail, but it made the space feel clean and welcoming. The customer service was excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and made things easy, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, I slept really well. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and I woke up feeling rested. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.
