Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed to borrow a power adaptor, which was provided at no charge, as were the extra pillows and umbrella we also borrowed. We could open the window or have the air conditioning, which was great. No general use stairs meant we had to catch the lift, which was slow at times. Hotel is easy to find from the Gozo subway station, just one stop from Kyoto itself. Breakfast was ok, just don't expect great coffee - it's the usual brewed liquid in Japan.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great position to walk to tourist hot spots. Fabulous parking, which they don't even advertise for 1500 yen for 24 hours. “Budget, Clean in good location”

Stayed her on July 2019, booked for triple room for my family for 4 na. Check in quiet fast and the staff is really nice and helpfull. Stayed her on July 2019, booked for triple room for my family for 4 na. Check in quiet fast and the staff is really nice and helpfull. We have tried nearby restaurant, Yoshinoya, Yayoiken , cheap and yummy. Also there is a middle size supermarket across the street , where you could buy any food, snacks and fruits over there. Subway Gojo station is only few minutes away. Rooms is good and clean but for triple room we found out that the size is really tight, quite difficult to put 2 our of luggage. Overall is good for us except for the room size.

“Budget hotel excellent located”

The room I got was clean with all the equipment's in good state of functioning and rather large comparing the usual hotel rooms size in Japan. Very good breakfast and free wifi all the area. One metro station distance to the main Kyoto train station. Very friendly stuff.
