This hotel is basically across the street from the Takadanobaba JR and subway stations. Waseda University is about 15 minutes' walk (or one subway hop) away from the hotel. Room is small as expected but acceptable for a short stay. Breakfast was very good w.r.t. both service and food. The rate is reasonable (less than $90 USD with breakfast included). Overall a very good value. Will consider staying there again in the future.

The hotel is not located in Shinjuku, but in Takadanobaba, 2 stops further north on the Yamanote line, but the hotel is still very well located. If you have the JR pass, you can use this line free of charge. It also has access to two metro lines. The hotel is on the door step of the train station too, so travelling around is not a problem. The hotel is very standard for a Tokyo hotel in terms of room size, but clean and good value.

Near subway and JR Iine. Lots of lovely eateries all around. Great convenient place. Hotel toilet is small but otherwise everything else was great. I will certainly stay here again Breakfast at the hotel also great

This is a good location close to station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was average and the wifi the worst we'd had after 4 weeks in Japan. This is also the only hotel that required a deposit for and adaptor and also charged for the use of an iron. No safety deposit box in the room.

The location of this hotel is lust a couple of minutes walk from the Takadanoba station on Yamanote line. This means you can easily use train services to got to or from Narita airport. I have heard stories of small capsule hotels in Tokyo. The rooms are not that small but at least the room I had was very claustrophobic. Not only was the room and bathroom very small but window was locked and it felt as if there was not enough air in the room so sleeping quality was not that good. The bed itself was ok but this is not a room where you spend time except for sleeping. The bathroom is tiny. The hotel has a restaurant where they usually serve breakfast lunch and dinner. During my stay I noticed that the restaurant was closed for a private function. There are so many restaurants in the same area so this is not a problem. breakfast in the hotel is quite limited but with some bread cereals, coffee, juice etc.
