“Very good hotel that tries its best”

After spending one night in a Sapphire room for 4 people, we came back to stay for 3 nights as we enjoyed our stay that much. After spending one night in a Sapphire room for 4 people, we came back to stay for 3 nights as we enjoyed our stay that much. The hotel was willing to give us a better rate than on other sites and they immediately changed our room when we noticed the one we had been assigned to reeked of cigarettes. They also offered free amenities like sewing kits and hair bands when asked. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet. Our room came with free bottles of water and kitchen with a washing machine that helped a lot even if the dryer didn’t work that well. The bathroom was a bit small and we didn’t have the option for having breakfast which was why I didn’t give our stay the full 5 stars, but it pretty much had everything else for a comfortable stay including the airport shuttle bus right in front of the hotel. If you’d rather take the metro, the hotel is between Gangnam and Seoul National School of Education stops. Enjoy your stay in Gangnam!

My wife and I stayed here in July while I was attending a conference. Very easy place to find and very accommodating. The Sapphire suite with the kitchen and laundry machine was particularly nice. About ten minutes walk to Gangnam station and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Also we could buy groceries across the street if we wanted to cook. Staff was easy to communicate with. No problems during our stay. A good find for sure!

It's rated 3 1/2 stars so I think the hotel met its expectations. The room interior is not my favorite style but it's wide enough for 2 pax to stay. It's rated 3 1/2 stars so I think the hotel met its expectations. The room interior is not my favorite style but it's wide enough for 2 pax to stay. One can stay on the bed and the other on the couch comfortably. :) The bathroom is a little cramped though. But the shower place is nice with both rain shower and a shower head. It's walking distance to the nearest metro / subway station and since the district is good, a lot of shops and convenience stores are at your doorstep. Good price for a hotel in the Gangnam district, too. I saw an Airport Shuttle signboard at the bus stop so that's convenient, too. Should try the airport line on my next visit.
