Wow what a great stay at this little delight!! Stayed 2 nights Perfect downtown location Very comfortable and clean rooms,great breakfast included and I cannot say enough about the superb staff So friendly and helpful Service you don't always get these days!!

Upon arrival at the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly, right after we checked-in we went to our room and found a few issues that wouldn't allow us to stay in that particular room as there was an issue with the sofa bed for the kids, we called him right away and he said give him 5 mins and he will get us into another room, which he did without delay. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable, the room itself was spotless. The next morning at breakfast, Jennifer (GM) was there helping out, as they had a power outage and needed her help. She was great. Extremely friendly and courteous and I never saw a smile leave her face even though she got called to come in because of the power outage. She was cleaning the waffle maker and told our kids that it will be ready in the next few mins, and once it was ready she took the liberty and made a waffle for my son. I asked her about the whether the sausages were pork, as a dietary restriction doesn't allow my daughter to eat pork, and she said they were but they have turkey bacon in the back and she went straight to the back to make her some herself, and brought it out to her. You could also see how she valued her employees, as I could hear her asking the gentlemen helping at breakfast how his morning was going and if he needed anything to help him, and same with the young lady at the front desk. Overall, great experience at this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The property is just across the tunnel from Detroit. Our room was very large with a kitchen including all the pots, pans, silverware you'd need. Two TV's. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Extremely clean.
