This place is wonderful, the service was great, breakfast normal nothing outstanding. King bed and AC and TV. The location is surrounded by nature and almost not too much neighbors near in the area. The only bad thing is the estuary since there are a lot of bugs but anyways its a good place to stay and pretty recommended. P.D.: Be careful with the iguana while taking breakfast, already used to be near humans.

“Spectacular sunset”

This a unbelievable view when de the rio jabillo goes into the sea, even better by sunset. The rooms are nice and clean all you need on such a remote place. The restaurant which served only breakfast is average, the people running the place are very friendly but the speak 0 English. Nice beaches ... Più

This a unbelievable view when de the rio jabillo goes into the sea, even better by sunset. The rooms are nice and clean all you need on such a remote place. The restaurant which served only breakfast is average, the people running the place are very friendly but the speak 0 English. Nice beaches around, very remote especially playa San Miguel with the turtle hatchery is a nice experiance. The road can be a problem depends of the time of the year, we had to pass some serious "rios". Overall I would recommend this place only to someone who looks for an outdoor adventure a like remote beaches/places

Stayed many times over the years and watched it go from as good as it gets to exactly what it now is (understaffed, underfunded, maintenance issues, waiting for a buyer). It could be great again, but its formula relied on business travelers coming to the working ranch where it is situated. And that's over. Without that draw, it just cant do enough business to sustain its price point.
